The young man, Mike Badger, who worked in our basement was very personable yet quite professional. He came on time, did his work, and cleaned up after the work was completed. He answered all of our questions and offered a walk through to be sure we were satisfied with his work.We would like to have Mike do work for us if we ever need this company again.

Very satisfied with the work performed. Had a sewer backup. Walls and bathroom in basement were damaged. Cleanup was effective and restoration work included replacement f paneling, drywall and painting restoration and replacement of the toilet. Very pleased with the work. was kept in the loop as things progressed. Very friendly and respectful in communications with us and cleaned area before leaving. Mike Badger performed the work.

The drain in my basement backed up, water and mold damage was extensive. In a panic I called my handyman, he said it was too much for him so I called Property Medics. They came out the same day, Mike Canania Water Mitigation Crew Chief got things going. I cannot thank him enough for all he did, including talking with the insurance adjuster. Within a couple days everything was removed, cleaned, or dried, very thorough. Mike was understanding, explained what was happening, was calm at all times. Then came time for the Reconstruction. This was done by one of the most talented, hard working, nice guys Mike Badger. He literally (by himself) put up the walls. Carried, cut, taped , primed and cleaned the whole basement. (And had a couple nice conversations). Such a great job by all, barely know anything happened. All is good now, hopefully I won't need to call again BUT... I tell everyone about this experience, how Property Medics made it so easy. And suggest they request Mike Canania and Mike Badger, they're the best

We had an unfortunate sewer lateral back up in our basement caused by tree roots growing into and blocking our line. After our plumber cleared the line, we had Property Medics do the required extensive demolition and disposal of damaged contents. Our technicians were Enes and Alex who were both outstanding professionals working with us explaining everything they were doing and who did an excellent job completing all this difficult work!!

Very professional and respectful to my home. Back in December of 2024 we discovered a leaky pipe which had leaked from our main bathroom down into our living room. We were connected to property medic through friends and we could not have been more satisfied with their work.Our first points of contact were David and Dan. They arrived when promised and explained the process in great detail to me and my wife. They told us what to expect, when they would be able to start, and how long their work would take.One of the most important things David and Dan did was getting the insurance company to cough up money to pay for their work. Anyone who has ever dealt with an insurance company knows they will nickel and dime you at every opportunity. David and Dan found more than 30 things the field adjuster missed and were able to get the insurance company to pay up to fix these damages.In addition to David and Dan, Zachariah was the technician who came out to perform a lot of the work. Zachariah was considerate, diligent, and workman-like. He made sure to not to be overly messy with his work and he kept my wife and I informed on his progress.All-in-all I would recommend, David, Dan, Zachariah, and Property Medic to anyone and everyone in need of prompt and diligent repair work. I hope I do not need their services in the future (for obvious reasons) but if disaster strikes again, I know who my first call will be.

Chris Rudd was great to work with. It was a long project with many moving parts and contractors he had to pull together. We did 4 complete bathrooms (one total gut, 2 with tub and tile reglazing), new baseboards throughout the house, new basement flooring, paint throughout, a new butcherblock countertop, appliance installation, and much more. He kept us informed daily. He crawled through our attic, gave me lots of good free advice, and we filled up 3 dumpsters before it was all said and done. He brought in great craftsmen (and women) who did excellent work.

I had a large hole in my wall from some plumbing work. Michael from Property Medic came in and patched the wall. He did a great job. He was very professional and did a great job with clean up. I would use Property Medic again.

My basement flooded big time….asbestos found as well. I was /and still am overwhelmed. I was ready to just quit. I’m old and by myself and just couldn’t face one more disaster in my life. Glen and Mikey were my lifesavers who kept me going when I didn’t think I could. Sometimes it just takes one person who cares. People forget that these guys didn’t.

Excellent experience with Property Medic! We had water and drywall damage in the basement due to the kitchen sink leaking. After Mr. Rooter quickly came out to assess and repair the problem they recommended Property Medic. Property Medic was able to come out the next day. The job was bid quickly (a fair price) Taye the technician was on time each day. Took special care to protect our home. With drywall tear out, replacement and sanding there can be quite a mess. Taye put up plastic to enclose the area he was working on. There was no mess. He was here daily at the time he quoted. We will absolutely use Mr. Rooter and Property Medic for any needs in the future and refer both companies to family and friends.

We had a great experience with Property Medic and would definitely use them again! We had an emergency situation with our ceiling and we got a quote from the manager less than 24 hours later. Zach and Taye were extremely professional, explained in detail the work and repair that would be done and how. Great detail went into repairing our ceiling to how it was before, and even improved. When our old cast iron main stack pipe corroded through in June 2024, we lost use of our laundry and toilets, and our partially finished basement (including carpet) was destroyed. The property medic team worked with us through the entire process of quickly getting the water and sewage out, working with our insurance very persistently, and reconstructing our basement. Special shout out to Chris Rudd and Dave Rollinger for going above and beyond in communication, as well as excellent and fast work done by Andrew and several other workers.Their office was very professional and communicative too. Mike C. was absolutely amazing! Property Medic dispatched him out here so quickly when yhe basement flooded! He came prepared, documented the damage very well, send pictures AND videos to the insurance company, quickly got the water sucked up, and set us up with fans and dehumidifiers. Although he had dozens of houses to get to, he never made it feel like we were just a job but instead a friend helping a friend. Because Mike and Property Medic acted so fast, we didn't have to cut down walls and saved our new carpet! This would've been so much worse if we waited for other companies to come around. I would 100% be using Property Medice for ANY of their services!

After the pipes under our basement collapsed, Property Medic handled everything from the initial cleaning and mitigation to badgering our insurance company to the final restoration. When we noticed signs of an intermittent leak we searched Angi and found Property Medic. Our plumbers from their plumbing division were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They located the leak and repaired it. Since we had been wanting canned lighting we decided to have that added before repairing the ceiling. Our electrician, Paul Castellano was wonderful. He, too, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Our canned lights are perfect! Our ceiling was repaired by Michael Raymond (Ray). Ray did a great job, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough and he made sure everything looked perfect before signing off on the job. Thank you to all who helped us clear up our leak, as well as add our beautiful new lighting, and make our ceiling look brand new. You are the best.
